Terms and ConditionsIn making a booking with Hinton skydiving centre you will be deemed to have accepted the Hinton skydiving centre terms and conditions of trade and you should note the clauses dealing with cancellation of bookings and limitation of liability.All persons attending courses are required to purchase British Parachute Association membership which is normally included in the cost. (Most vouchers include this as standard - please check for details). Membership of the BPA covers each person with a third party liability insurance to the value of £2,000,000. Once purchased, membership cards for the British Parachute Association are non-transferable and non-refundable.Hinton Skydiving Centre offers a facility to redeem jump tickets or vouchers for a period of 50 weeks per year, 6 days a week. All tickets and vouchers are purchased with the full understanding that they have no refund value.Vouchers are valid for a period of 9 months from date of issue and must be used before the expiry date.A £50 non refundable, non transferable deposit is paid as part of your course fee. Persons cancelling for any reason other than on medical grounds will automatically lose their deposit.Hinton skydiving centre reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme of any activity so long as these do not affect to any material extent the nature and scope of such activity. Due to the nature of some of the activities they may be subject to cancellation due to weather conditions or other matters beyond the control of Hinton skydiving centre.The timing of any activity is given as a guide only and you may be required to wait for your turn along with other members of the public and club members.Hinton skydiving centre reserves the right to reschedule the timings or location of any activity, possibly at short notice, owing to unavailability of the activity, booking numbers, or any factor beyond the control of Hinton skydiving centre.Hinton skydiving centre reserves the right to discontinue an activity at its own discretion and should a suitable alternative be unavailable, you shall be entitled to a refund at the full purchase price.The minimum age for any parachute activity is 16 and persons between 16 and 18 years of age will be required to produce full parental consent forms.Persons of 40 years and over will be required to produce a British Parachute Association “declaration of fitness” form, stamped and signed by their GP, for their relevant activity. These forms are available from Hinton skydiving centre on request.The maximum age for AFF courses is 55 years old.
